At NylonTattoo, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused
• The item must be in its original condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns if:

• The sleeve has been worn or used
• The item is damaged due to use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• We do not provide prepaid return labels
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• If approved, your refund will be processed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
